We’ve watched Tina do this for years, quietly deciding that “good enough” wasn’t good enough.

So we’re thrilled to share that she’s been recognized with a Visionary Award by the Chatham-Kent Chamber of Commerce at the 138th Business Excellence Awards.

She never set out to meet the industry standard, she set out to raise it. A service rooted in compassion that goes beyond a checklist. Care Coaches who actually know the families they work with, not just their files. Plans built around real kitchen table conversations, not paperwork. Care that holds the whole family, not just the person on the chart.

That’s the standard Tina has built here, and it’s changed what care looks like for our whole community.

When we started the company, it was because we couldn’t find the kind of care we wanted. The kind that shows up not just when it’s convenient, but every single time it’s needed.
