Hello! 😊 I felt as though it is time to re-introduce myself. As a pelvic health physiotherapist for over 16 years, I have had the pleasure of working with many individuals from different cities and cultures and perspectives. I love that my work as a pelvic health physiotherapist has been able to support and guide many people to a greater sense of self, healing and re-connection to their well-being.

🤲My practice continues to evolve and I am currently working more with a wide range of women with different activity levels during pregnancy, post partum, menopause as well as persistent pain conditions.
