20 years ago, I took an oath as a pharmacist, but early on I realized my true role was much bigger than managing prescriptions. Over the past two decades, my goal has always been to treat every patient who walks through the door like family. Beyond dispensing medicine, I’ve strived to connect on a genuine human level—offering thoughtful health advice, sharing a bit of life’s wisdom when needed, or simply being a compassionate ear during tough times trying to uplift spirits. Guided by empathy, my mission has always been offering heartfelt support, and a trusted presence when it’s needed most. My career has taken me to various wonderful communities, but I ultimately ended up at Chatham Centre Pharmacy. Thank you to this incredible community for trusting me with your care. It has been an honor to serve you, and I look forward to many more years of health, healing, and connection. Special thanks to my former boss and mentor Doug Cozad, who gave me a chance long ago at Health Smart Drugstore, and my preceptor John Simone, who gave me guidance along the way, and all the remarkable pharmacists I learned from in my journey...thank you!

As the saying goes, all good things come to an end! The pharmacy team was honored to attend the retirement party for Dr Hamm this evening. CK is losing a great person first and foremost, and a great doctor. We were lucky to have Dr Hamm for almost 11 years. The team at CCP would love to wish him a happy, healthy, and fulfilling retirement, spent with those dear to him, even though Dr Hamm and his wonderful wife Lori will be greatly missed! Thank you for all you've done for this community, and for our mutual patients!

We are expecting some changes coming to our front facade in the coming months with the malls continued renovations on the 100 King project. We will keep everyone posted as we know more.

One of our main pharmacists, Dejan has been at Chatham Centre Pharmacy since day one. And, it makes alot of sense, since twelve years ago, he was one of the original founders. A member of the Chatham Community, Dejan believes in the slogan the pharmacy team lives by, treat everyone like family! Advocating for all patients, providing exceptional care and advice, and saving patients money in the process. "I want everyone to walk away from a visit at CCP feeling the love and respect that they matter, and we did our best to efficiently fill your RX, giving you the best pharmaceutical advice and consult." Housed within our pharmacy is the telemedicine clinic From Here to There Concierge! Holding it down are our exceptional nurses Brianna and Megan! Utilizing their compassionate mama instincts helps them provide nurturing and caring patient care to our community. They are able to advocate for our patients and access MDs, and if need be they can provide referrals. Both are graduates from St. Clair college; it is an understatement to state the community is very lucky to have them available. They both share their love for all things Taylor Swift, and spending time with their families. They are very hard workers, but we in the pharmacy have learned, they can also be practical jokers! Meet Palmira, our cool as a cat Pharmacy Assistant, who was our most recent addition to the team. Palmira is no rookie, shes been a member of the Chatham Kent pharmacy community for over 15 years after graduating from Lambton College. Palm is superb at customer service. GIven her heightened sense of empathy, awareness and relatability, she understands our patients needs. She is our translator when our Portuguese population frequent our pharmacy. She raises our fashion bar due to her sense of style. Simply put, Palmira more then solidified our team, she put us in a new stratosphere. In her spare time Palmera enjoys time with her son and nephew, hiking and walks, and volunteering at the Portuguese Center. She has her own social media she is extremely enthusiastic about where she markets products and gives fantastic pointers on all things nails. 'rehere. Meet PALMIRA MOTA

Meet Trish, our pharmacy assistant! Trish is a jack of all trades. From assisting the clinic and pharmacy with IT needs, procuring orders, and making sure adjudication is done right, she oversees the flow of the pharmacy making sure there are no "cogs in the wheel." She keeps the pharmacy humming! She handles all the special orders for our clients. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, playing cards, travelling, and gaming! By now, everyone should know our Registered Pharmacy Technician Chris Miller. Originally from BC, Chris is now firmly cemented into the Chatham Kent Community. If hes not spending time with his wife and girls at their figure skating or other favorite events, hes most likely golfing, playing softball, or watching football while competing in his numerous fantasy football leagues. Chris has been with us full time since 2017. He is a registered technician who helps share the load supporting our pharmacists. He can sign off on prescription refills, and give certain vaccinations like the flu shot. Hes become a familiar face to all our clients as hes usually the constant driving force in our pharmacy.
