Foam rolling is a great tool and I encourage athletes to use it regularly, but it’s not always enough on its own. When tightness keeps coming back or performance starts to suffer, ensuring consistency with your massages is important šŸ’Ŗ

When I want quick results for my stiff athletes, this is one of my favourite techniques to use.

Myofascial decompression (MFD), better known as ā€œcuppingā€ or ā€œcup therapyā€, is beneficial if your body feels tight or restricted. It’s a fast and effective way to help loosen things up and improve mobility.

For this athlete, we focused on her shoulders so she could run more comfortably and move with better freedom during training šŸƒā€ā™€ļø

Sometimes small adjustments make a big difference in how your body performs! Recovery goes beyond just feeling better - it’s also about moving better.
