My Therapeutic Facial combines restorative skincare with therapeutic massage techniques to help reduce stress and tension while supporting healthy, glowing skin.

This 60-minute treatment includes:
• Gentle cleansing
• Warm towel compresses
• Professional serums and moisturizer
• Facial massage
• Scalp massage
• Neck massage
• Arm and hand massage

The massage component helps relax tight muscles, improve circulation, and ease tension held in the face, jaw, scalp, and neck. Improved circulation supports healthy tissue function and leaves the skin looking naturally refreshed and radiant.

Depending on your skin's needs, gentle enzyme exfoliation or a hydrating treatment mask may also be incorporated into your session.

Perfect for anyone experiencing facial tension, jaw tightness, stress, headaches, or simply looking for an hour to relax, restore, and recharge.

As this treatment is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist, it may be eligible for coverage under some extended health benefit plans.

Microneedling is one of the most effective treatments for improving acne scarring, skin texture, enlarged pores, and overall skin quality over time.

These photos show visible softening of acne scarring and texture refinement after just one treatment.

Microneedling works by creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate collagen production and support natural skin remodeling.

Results continue to improve over the following weeks as new collagen develops beneath the surface of the skin.

There is little to no downtime, no numbing required, and the treatment is very comfortable.

Nano infusion is performed using a professional microneedling device fitted with a specialized nano cartridge that works only within the outermost layer of the skin.

Unlike traditional microneedling, nano infusion does not create deeper collagen injury. Instead, it creates microscopic channels on the surface of the skin that allow professional serums to absorb more effectively.

The result is skin that looks instantly more hydrated, radiant, plump, and refreshed.

Nano infusion can also be performed on the hands and is excellent for improving dryness, texture, and overall skin appearance.
