What is BIOTENSEGRITY?
“Biotensegrity, a term coined by Dr. Stephen Levin, is the application of tensegrity principles to biological structures. Biological structures such as muscles, bones, fascia, ligaments and tendons, or rigid and elastic cell membranes, are made strong by the unison of tensioned and compressed parts.”

Our fascial and dura body provides biotensegrity which allows distribution of load properties with fractalization (fractalization is to separate and divide like river networks, cauliflower or broccoli, and blood vessels). The fascial body continuously changes its positions and is not stable or fixed. The fascia and bones continue modifying to support our body part motions like a puppet on strings.
The fascia and dura system provides biotensegrity to suspend our vitals like the brain, heart and organs, giving them protection. These vital centers are the center of the core. Therefore, the osseous membranous network (fascia and dura) and spine suspend us like a puppet on strings so the vital structures do not take any weight. We are free floating body diagrams where each individual part has its own free body diagram and fulcrum that works in coherence with the other body parts, each with their own free floating body diagram as a team.
The bones (like the spine) and membranes (fascia and dura) move with a framework and support system that is adaptable to keep the vitals centred in suspension so we are free floating.
