The end of the year will be here before we know it! ✨

Many insurance benefit plans reset on January 1st, so now is a great time to check your remaining massage coverage and prioritize some much-needed self-care.

Appointments tend to fill up quickly toward the end of the year, so I recommend booking early to secure the day and time that work best for you.

Direct billing is available. You can book online through my website or message me if you need help finding an appointment.

I look forward to being part of your wellness journey! 💚
