Every fitness coach on social media breaks down macros, workouts, exercise tips & tricks
All that is great
But what’s really needed is exactly what Tabitha has been saying all these years
Just show up
Tabitha committed to the 5am workout program with me back in 2019 and kept going
No matter how she felt
No matter where the workout was taking place
A good portion of her weight loss was done with outdoor workouts (during the gym closures)
Just goes to show that it doesn’t matter what you have available
As long as your program adheres to the correct principles
And as long as you stay on it !!
You will succeed over the long term
Plenty studies show benefits to lifting, cardio, calorie balance, & community - all help with maintaining weight loss over the long term
This is what I think most people are missing
This is what our programs have provided over the last several years
Way to go, Tabitha !!
Keep paving the way for others to not only
Drop the 50-100+ lbs of weight gained over the yrs
