At Chilliwack Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery, our practice is built around a collaborative approach to patient care.

Led by Dr. Singh, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, our team includes certified surgical dental assistants, registered nurses, treatment coordinators, and administrative staff, working together to provide comprehensive care throughout every stage of treatment.

What is a frenectomy? 👶🦷

A frenectomy is a quick procedure used to release a restrictive band of tissue beneath the tongue or upper lip. Depending on the individual, a tongue or lip tie may affect feeding, speech, oral function, or dental development.

Dr. Singh recently completed British Columbia’s first IPS Implants® Preprosthetic procedure using advanced 3D surgical planning and fully customized implants designed specifically for the patient’s anatomy.

Living with ongoing dental issues can gradually impact comfort, function, and confidence. Many patients come to us after years of treatments such as bridges, root canals, or gum disease, often finding it difficult to eat normally or use their teeth the way they once could.

With our Teeth in a Day treatment, it is often possible to remove failing teeth, place implants, and provide a fixed set of teeth immediately after surgery. Patients are able to leave the office with a functional and natural-looking smile.

Your care is coordinated by our oral surgeon, Dr. Singh, and prosthodontist, Dr. Ballo, working together in one location. This collaborative approach allows for careful planning, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up throughout every stage of treatment.

Orthognathic surgery (corrective jaw surgery) is designed to reposition the jaws to improve how the teeth fit together—enhancing not just your bite, but also function, speech, and overall facial balance. It’s often life-changing for patients dealing with discomfort, difficulty eating, or low confidence due to their smile.

For Ranjot, the journey started with daily challenges.
“Before starting my journey, I struggled with everyday things like eating—especially foods I love… because biting down was difficult.”

But even more than that, “my biggest challenge was my confidence. I rarely smiled and constantly felt like people were judging my teeth.”
