For a long time, I thought integrity meant keeping my promises to other people.
This season has taught me that integrity also means keeping the promises I make to myself.
The last few months have been some of the hardest of my life. There has been heartbreak, grief, uncertainty, and more tears than Iâd like to admit. There have also been moments where I realized I had drifted away from myself. I slowly started choosing peacekeeping over truth, approval over authenticity, and being âgoodâ over being honest.
Iâm no longer interested in living that way.
This isnât a dramatic reinvention. Itâs a return. A return to speaking more truthfully. A return to asking harder questions. A return to taking radical responsibility for my own patterns instead of pointing at everyone elseâs. A return to teaching only what Iâm willing to live.
Over the last few months, this page has evolved.
Over the next few months, this page is going to evolve further.
Weâre going to have conversations about communication, manipulation, boundaries, power, accountability, nervous system patterns, and the uncomfortable truths that actually create freedom.
Iâm not an expert whoâs figured it all out and Iâm committed to doing the work alongside you.
Iâve spent years teaching anatomy, yoga philosophy, nervous system regulation, somatics, and embodied leadership. None of that is changing. Itâs deepening. Because all of it comes down to one thing: how we show up in relationship, with ourselves and with everyone around us.
If youâre looking for someone to tell you everyone else is the problem, this isnât your space. If youâre ready to stop performing, stop people-pleasing, stop hiding behind old stories, and start living with greater honesty and integrity...
Welcome.
I have a feeling this next chapter is going to be the most important work Iâve ever shared.
Letâs begin.
