We’re excited to welcome Rachel Ward, Kinesiologist, to the clinic team!
Rachel is a passionate movement professional who enjoys helping people build strength, improve mobility, and return to the activities they love. As a runner and regular gym-goer, she understands the importance of staying active and approaches rehabilitation and exercise with a practical, movement-focused mindset. Rachel works with clients recovering from injury, returning to exercise, or looking to improve their overall strength, function, and physical performance through individualized exercise programs.
Rachel will be accepting appointments starting Tuesday, March 10, and we’re excited to have her supporting our clients on their rehabilitation and movement journeys. 💪🏃‍♀️
