Jamie Johnson wrote a great article about when one is injured the body has a fear about moving and it can prolong recovery. The brain changes the way it operates after injury and we lose our reflexive strength. After injury we need to purposefully move again. Pressing Reset helps activate our vestibular system to restore our reflexive strength. It is applicable to everyone, from strokes,concussions and other injuries to improving performance of high end athletes( NFL players) to the military.
