Sales in support of the hospice since we opened June 29 have been very good. We have had over 5,000 customers who have bought over 15,000 items. Thank you to the many people who continue to donate good quality items. If you haven't yet been to the store, it is worth the trip. If you aren't already following us on the store's page, you may be interested.

Our friends at Compass Minerals stopped by last week for their annual volunteer day at Huron Hospice! They were busy helping our gardening team with various outdoor projects before we tuck all the gardens into bed for another winter. Our resident photographer snapped a few photos of them in action.

Volunteers are such a vital part of the team at Huron Hospice, and we could not do this work without the time, effort, and expertise of people from the community.

October 15 is International Credit Union Day. As part of the celebration, Mainstreet Credit Union gives back to its communities. This year, the Goderich Branch staff chose Huron Hospice as their charity of choice.
Huron Hospice was honoured to be chosen.

In the past, Huron Hospice has also enjoyed having branch staff on volunteer days at Bender House.
