🐍Uncoiled is an immersive body-based ritual massage created as a living art form 🌀 a journey into the body and the aliveness of its felt senses.

A dialogue between breath, energy, touch, sound, and sensation.

A wave. An arc. An ebb and flow.

The beauty of this human body is its ability to experience the world through sensation: sight, sound, touch, taste, texture, breath, and presence.

Through Living in Sensual Flow

Many people who come to the Sanctuary are ready to be back in their bodies. They have spent many years in their spiritual awakening, shadow work, transcending form, connecting to Spirit and have peak experiences that often feel difficult to integrate into real life.

They are craving to root back down into the Earth and into the artistry and aliveness of their own lives, while expanding into the collective. To live in the fullest expression of the heart with a desire for more beauty, truth, and goodness.

“We are so tired of carrying everything! All of these roles, titles, expectations, responsibilities, healing work, and constant inner processing is exhausting. I want a place to put it all down. To step out of constant efforting and to stop managing myself and EVERYBODY else!“

When the nervous system is finally given permission to stand down, the body begins to melt and unwind its bracing, gripping, and holding patterns. The breath deepens. Energy begins to move again and the erotic, creative pulse of life returning…expressive, sensual and deeply alive.

The hands-on experience is approximately two hours, with space at the beginning and end to arrive and integrate. Toward the close, the body is guided into a deeply restful, almost dreamlike state, where everything can settle, reorganise, and be received.

Many people choose to enter this experience with supportive elements such as cannabis, and for some it can beautifully complement the beginning of a psilocybin journey. (Always personal and optional).

Each experience is intuitively crafted based on our initial conversation.

We are raising funds to help secure this home as the physical foundation for that work. This is stage one.

🪷Welcome to Wild Divine Sanctuary FB group for upcoming in-person (and online) experiences, gatherings, private retreats, and overnight stays, you can keep in touch about what’s going on.

🌸What if the village of women you’ve been dreaming of was actually here in our beautiful Northumberland County?

🍃Wild Divine Sanctuary in Cobourg has held sacred space for years. From plant medicine ceremonies, drum circles, dance parties, grief, rage and laughter, deep 1-1 healing, to sacred circles for parents and children, emotional release work, mental health support, our own way of gathering around addiction and recovery.

🍃This land knows transformation and it’s asking to hold more…for US.

We need community more than ever and prioritizing something tied to our actual wellbeing, our nervous systems, and our longevity.

Women gathering isn’t a luxury, it’s ancient, it’s medicine.

This is a sanctuary for nervous system regulation and real rest. For yoga therapy, and the discussions and workshops that actually help build new habits, heal relationships, and inspire a more authentic way of being.

A place for the ordinary mysticism of everyday life…not just the peak spiritual awakenings, but the dishes, the diapers, the exes, the overwhelm and the day to day.

For the topics we don’t usually say out loud: shame, self-worth, mental health, addiction, living like a live wire and for the parts of parenting nobody prepares you for.

A reclamation of your body, your sensuality, your voice, your boundaries, your pleasure, your joy, your playfulness.

🌀Your nature, cycles and rhythms.

Your wildness and your divinity.

The parts of you that get lost in carrying it all alone.

You don’t need to escape for a weekend (but you could ☺️)
