Kate is our phenomenal office manager! Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts in South Korea. She worked for many years for fashion industry and manufacturing across Asia. When she moved to Canada she changed her carrier to hotel management and administration. She a is new office manager to Sunshine and her goal is growing in Sunshine and make Sunshine more shiny.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, running, snowboarding, travelling, and learning new things! Kate radiates positivity which is one of the reasons we love her so much.

Denise’s Grandfather inspired her greatly to become a physiotherapist. As a WWII veteran, Robert Brown used his time in the war for the better. Despite losing his own leg he became an amputation fitter at the University of Saskatchewan.

Going back to the gym after Dimitri’s stay in the ICU in 2021 was challenging. It took time and lots of support for him to feel confident working out by himself. In the beginning he had family go with him. Over time he asked other gym goers, until he was able to workout independently and confidently once again.
