Kristy is part of our All-Star Admin team! She’s the friendly face who facilitates efficient operations on the administrative side of things so that the practitioners can keep their focus on the needs of their clients.  She has utilized all natural health practitioners, from Chiropractors, massage therapists, Naturopathic Doctors, and acupuncturists! She moved here with her 2 sons and husband from Vancouver and has been loving the sunshine as opposed to the rain. Kari Rose is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with over 25 years of clinical experience specializing in nervous system regulation. Her treatments integrate craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, somatic release, and therapeutic massage to address the root cause of chronic pain, tension, and stress-related symptoms.

Ella is a student massage therapist in her second year of the 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma program at Mount Royal University in Calgary, AB. Her education, combined with a strong belief in massage therapy as an essential part of her own health and wellbeing, has shaped her commitment to supporting clients on their path toward whole-body wellness. As a developing professional, Ella brings curiosity, dedication, and an evidence-informed, client-centered approach to every treatment.

Ella works with a diverse range of people, including those recovering from acute or chronic injuries, athletes of all levels, pre- and post-natal clients, and individuals looking to maintain or improve their overall health. She also welcomes clients living with long-term conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, anxiety, depression, or addiction. She believes strongly that massage therapy can support physical and emotional wellbeing—no matter where someone is starting from.

Outside the clinic, Ella finds joy and balance in the mountains. After 16 years in communications, Alicia felt called to make a career change that would directly impact people’s health and well-being. She graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Westervelt College in Ontario and began her career as an RMT in 2021. In December 2024, she and her husband fulfilled their dream of moving to the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, settling in beautiful Cochrane, Alberta.

Alicia is passionate about helping people stay active, healthy, and pain-free through personalized massage therapy in Cochrane. Whether you need therapeutic massage for injury recovery, deep tissue work for stubborn tension, or relaxation massage to de-stress, she blends techniques to address postural strain, headaches, sports injuries, muscle soreness, and chronic pain — while also offering restorative treatments for stress relief.

Meet Vera!

Vera James was born and raised in Calgary. She’s been practicing as a massage therapist since 2003 with training from MRU and finishing her certification at Calgary College of Holistic Health. Her training was originally inspired by receiving treatments herself due to her personal injuries. Massage therapy was a big contribution to her healing process. Her practice then evolved when she was discovered by how beautifully the human body was created to heal. She believes that we are created to move and progress in every area of our being- mind, body and spirit. If any of these areas are neglected, the body becomes resistant to heal.

Vera is on an intentional quest of becoming into the best version of herself. She and her husband Scott have two young children. They recently moved to Cochrane from Calgary.

She is a woman of Faith. Fitness and nutrition are an integral part of cultivating her growth. Outside of her massage practice, you will find her deepening her faith in her Creator, exploring in nature with her family and building relationships with new friends in her community.

Meet Dr. Brendan Androsoff!
Dr. Brendan Androsoff is an award-winning Chiropractor with the Chiropractic Association of Alberta. He is a born and raised Calgarian and an active member in the athletic community. He completed his Doctor of Chiropractic at University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. He worked with the clinic that treats the Portland Timbers in the Major League Soccer and Portland Thorns in the National Women’s Soccer League, focusing on sports injuries. He holds several certifications in advanced soft tissue techniques (ART, FR), Neurofunctional Acupuncture, weightlifting (DNS), functional movement (FMS), and running recovery. Dr. Androsoff is passionate about helping his patients getting back to moving well in their daily lives. Dr. Androsoff. He enjoys being able to help everyone get back to doing what they’re passionate about, from professional athletes to armchair athletes. He takes a holistic approach to treat each patient, as each component of health is integral to everyone’s overall well-being.

In his spare time, he enjoys staying active and spending family time with his wife and dog.
