We’re so pleased to welcome Karen Pipe to the R&R team 💛
Karen joins our practice as a Graduate Intern Therapist from May 2026 – December 2026, offering sessions through our Low/No Cost Therapy Program.
Karen brings over 25 years of experience in public health, supporting individuals, couples, and families through complex life experiences. She offers a calm, grounded, and compassionate space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
Karen works with:
▫️ Individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, illness, self-esteem, identity, and major life transitions
▫️ Couples looking to strengthen communication, better understand relationship patterns, and foster deeper connection
▫️ Families navigating relational stress, family estrangement, and life changes
Karen takes a relational, collaborative, and client-centred approach, integrating attachment-based, emotion-focused, cognitive, and mindfulness-informed strategies.
We’re excited to have Karen as part of the team — welcome, Karen ✨
