At Vital Mind Psychology, we are proud to have offered low-cost counselling to the Cochrane community since the start of 2025, and we are so glad many of you have taken advantage of this opportunity!

Today, we are thrilled to continue this initiative by officially welcoming Nancy Russell to our team. As a Counselling Intern, Nancy is here to support adolescents, teens, adults, and couples.

She provides a safe space to assist with a variety of challenges, including:

Emotional overwhelm
Self-esteem concerns
Anxiety & Depression
Caregiver burnout
Life transitions
