As a local RMT here in Cochrane…

Lately, I’ve had the privilege of meeting and treating several new clients, and I honestly don’t think I’ll ever get used to what an incredible feeling it is.

At the end of each treatment, hearing someone say, “I haven’t felt this relaxed in so long,” or “I actually feel like I can move again,” or simply seeing the look on their face when they realize the tension they’ve been carrying is finally starting to let go… it gets me every single time.

It fills my heart in a way that’s hard to put into words 🙏🏼

One of the things I try to live by is: if someone crosses my path, I hope they leave feeling just a little better than they did before we met. A little more encouraged. A little more cared for. A little more seen.

My massage practice is simply an extension of that.

Yes, I’m here to help relieve pain, ease stress, and calm busy nervous systems… but more than anything, I want every person who walks through my door to know they’ve been genuinely cared for.

To everyone who has trusted me with your health, your stories, and your healing—thank you. It is an honour I never take lightly, and I truly love what I get to do every day. ❤️

The aunties, the nanas, the chosen moms, the dear friends who showed up with love, over and over again.
The extended family that helps out every chance they get!! 🙏🏼

However, she exists in your life. She deserves to feel cared for too!

Not just in words, but in a way she can truly feel.

An hour to slow down.

To soften.

To release the tension she’s been holding.
