Today I wanted to take a break from sharing information about our products and share something that is near and dear to my heart.

Sound frequency music has played a big role in my life for many years now.

It has been with me through dozens of meditations, client sessions, infused into classes I have taught as well as when working & creating, and now I implement it as a part of my own physical healing journey.

This eloquent piece of music was a perfect fit to my day, and my hope is it is ab added bonus to yours as well.

Happy Friday Everyone ✨️✨️✨️✨️
I hope youre all doing well & had a great week.
I just wanted to take a few minutes to share something that not everyone may realize, since early May I have actively working on healing and repairing my spine.

After years of dealing with what felt like a hurdle I couldn't overcome, seeing Dr's, specialist, physiotherapist, massage therapists, healers, practioners and more I finally found a Dr who helped me gain a clearer perspective about my spine & nerve issues.

Since May I've regained more of my life force & vitality then I had in years.

I'm now able to walk close to 3 km 🙌 and I have regained strength I thought I may have lost, but most of all I've regained my Hope, Courage, and Tenacity.

I still have bad days and still need support some dsys but I get the F up everyday and do my best and that's a huge, huge step forward, even on the painful, agonizing days.

So cheers to progress & continued healing and believing its all possible & I'm worth pushing towards success for 🤍✨️🤍✨️
