✨ Reigniting the Flame: Reiki Level 2 ✨

​Yesterday, a beautiful circle closed as I officially received my Reiki Level 2 certification.

​My Reiki journey actually began 13 years ago. While I am just now formalizing and expanding this chapter of my learning, the truth is that this universal energy has never left my side. Looking back, I don't think there was ever a moment where I wasn't naturally weaving Reiki into my spa services and sound baths.

Reiki is a universal energy it flows through absolutely everything and connects us all. I am so deeply grateful to expand my practice, elevate the energy I bring to our shared spaces, and continue my own path of self-healing.

​A massive thank you to my wonderful family, friends, and my teacher, Ms. Kat, for your ongoing support of my practice. Your encouragement means the world to me.

​Nav and I hit Sunset Point in Collingwood this evening! Even though we missed having Lauri with us tonight, we held space and kept the beautiful energy flowing. Nav’s yoga flow was absolutely on point, taking the yogis through their paces in front of this gorgeous view.

​As you can see from our setup the vibes are officially set for the season. The Crystal Lounge is incredibly proud to be a part of this summer lineup, providing the Sound Bath all summer long! 🌲🎶🥣

✨ Pure bliss in this sacred space. ✨

​Tonight's private side-by-side Sound Bath was a truly special experience! The air was thick with the transformative vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, creating a cocoon of deep peace and renewal. 🌌

​I loved weaving in the power of aromatherapy, enhancing the journey with essential oils carefully selected to open hearts and soothe minds. It was wonderful to see everyone depart feeling grounded and re-centered.

​As a reminder of this special time, each guest left carrying a unique crystal, charged with the energy of the night. May it continue to serve as an anchor and amplifier for their journey forward. 💖

​Tonight’s outdoor session at Sunset Point was pure magic. 🌅 🧘🏼‍♀️

​We had 18 beautiful souls join us by the water to breathe, move, and let go. A massive thank you to Lauri and Nav for guiding everyone through such a beautiful, grounding yoga practice, allowing everyone to completely surrender before drifting away into the healing vibrations of the sound bath.

​We wrapped up the evening in the absolute best way—vibrating high to the rhythmic, hypnotic groove of the handpan. 🥁✨
