Out with the old, in with the new! 💜✨

​My original padded bags have definitely stood the test of time over the last 5 years. I’d hate to think how many times my crystal singing bowls have been packed, lifted, and unzipped for sessions they served me so well! But it was officially time for a well deserved upgrade.

​Massive thank you to The Sound Journey Store for the prompt service and these gorgeous new purple padded bags. Ready for the next 5+ years of sound journeys, travels, and magic with my bowls! 🎶🧘‍♀️✨

​What a way to close out the season! Tonight was our final Summer Yoga & Sound session at Sunset Point, and Collingwood truly showed up. We were blessed with a picture perfect sunset, incredible energy, and a community coming together for an amazing cause.

​Because of your open hearts and support, all proceeds from tonight went directly to Run for Her supporting women’s health and empowerment in our local community.

​Thank you to every single person who rolled out their mat, soaked in the soundwaves, and made this summer so unforgettable. Until next year! 🌅🧘‍♀️💛

Our first of seven Reiki & Sound Bath circles is devoted to the **Root Chakra — Muladhara**.

This is where we begin: with grounding, safety, stability, and belonging.

Through a gentle chakra-focused yoga practice, guided meditation, Reiki energy healing, and the resonance of crystal singing bowls, we will turn our attention inward and reconnect with the energy that keeps us rooted.

A chance to slow down.
To soften into the body.
To release what no longer needs to be carried.
To remember that you are supported.

The Root Chakra reminds us that before we can rise, we must first feel rooted.

This is the first step in our seven-part journey through the energetic body — from Root to Crown, one circle at a time.

You are welcome to join us for this circle on its own, or walk the entire journey with us.

No previous experience with yoga, Reiki, sound baths, meditation, or chakras is required.

​Nothing tops gathering on the Living Water Resort rooftop as the sun dips below the horizon, painting the sky in fiery shades of gold and orange. Pairing that breathtaking view with the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls made for a truly magical evening.
