Quick update and a massive thank you for having my back and helping me believe there IS a way through this (for me and my baby business). I could not do this without this incredible community and all of your support. 🤗 🤗

First chemo today at 9:30a for 3 hours followed by radiation. Kicked my ass to be honest. Long day.

I told my Mom before I left that it feels like first day of Uni - what if the teachers don’t like me - what if I don’t make any friends - what if I can’t find my way around the halls… so she took my pic with a cooler in hand (ice mittens and slippers to help mitigate the neuropathy) like the first day of school. lol

AND!!! my good friend met me at the front door before we went to class ;) She also helped me organized my life before the sh*te hits fan!. You will noticed some schedule changes that she helped me organized at key times I will need it.

APPRECIATE YOUR HELP SO MUCH Yvonne Nunnaro!!!

Please check the TITAN APP a lot more than usual for the next 5 weeks.

Also note… we are still taking new clients and it’s business as usually for my staff… just my schedule is a bit bouncy for a while, as needed.

A massive THANK YOU to Katie for stepping up and IN to take over some classes. Please help her with the machines - they are not standard format and she will be learning the spring strengths as she goes.

A little share of of Laura Jane’s pre-Pilates days for the inquiring minds who want to know :)

She created an App a long while back (when it was difficult), to teach parents sweet little rhyming games for their little ones. You know… all the things we are losing now to tech :)

Her App won her a unique opportunity to join 11 other women in Silicon Valley with Tech Women Canada, where she was mentored by the Marketing Director of Facebook, pitched folks at Google and YouTube, and lunched at Apple’s new round office in Cupertino.

Had a blast! However, it was Laura Jane’s return home where she decided she loved Pilates soooo much more than tech or TV.

Then came Titan Pilates!
