We’re grateful to the CGMH Foundation Team, Board of Directors, volunteers, donors, sponsors, and community partners whose generosity turns shared goals into meaningful impact for patients and families. From essential equipment and facility enhancements to team education and new initiatives, the Foundation helps strengthen care for our community every day. Yesterday, Team CGMH came together for our annual Summer BBQ, giving staff, physicians, midwives, and volunteers a chance to connect, enjoy a meal, and take a well-deserved break from the day-to-day.

At CGMH, We Belong and events like this are a great reminder that our strength comes from the people who make up our teams and the connections we build with one another across the hospital.

Exciting news for South Georgian Bay: CGMH has doubled its mammography capacity with a new second suite and two new state‑of‑the‑art machines. This expansion brings 3D‑guided biopsies and, starting Fall 2026, contrast‑enhanced mammography. These upgrades mean better access, shorter wait times, and earlier breast‑cancer detection for our community. A big thank you to our generous donors for making this possible.
