✨Meet Caroline Gignac, RPN ✨
Director of Wellness at Living Water Retirement Residence

Please join us in welcoming Caroline Gignac as our new Director of Wellness at Living Water Retirement Residence.

With more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Practical Nurse, Caroline brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and compassion to our community. Her background in long-term care, mental health, and retirement living has given her a deep understanding of the unique needs of residents and their families.

Caroline believes that wellness begins with connection. She is known for taking the time to truly listen, understand, and support each resident with kindness, empathy, and respect. Her approach is rooted in partnership and open communication, helping residents and families feel informed, supported, and cared for every step of the way.

To Caroline, nursing is more than a profession — it is a calling built on advocacy, compassion, and helping others live well each day.

As Director of Wellness, Caroline is excited to lead the wellness team and continue fostering a community where residents feel comfortable, valued, and truly at home.

Outside of work, Caroline is a proud mother of two and grandmother of two. She enjoys walking with her dog Daisy, spending time outdoors with her grandchildren, reading, and the occasional glass of wine.

We are so grateful to have Caroline’s warmth, experience, and caring leadership as part of the Living Water Retirement Residence community. 💙

Join us on Friday, June 19 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM for our Open House BBQ!

Come explore our welcoming community, meet our team, and enjoy a fun afternoon with free hot dogs, hamburgers, and refreshments. Guided tours of our residence will be offered every 30 minutes throughout the event.
