✨ Group Postpartum FAQ ✨
👶 Do I need to be fit?
Absolutely not! This isn’t about pace, distance, or athletic ability. Whether you’re newly postpartum, easing back into movement, or simply looking to get out of the house, you’re welcome here.
☀️ What do we do?
We walk, chat, move our bodies, get some fresh air and sunshine, and connect with other parents who understand this season of life.
🤱 Do I need to babywear?
On Tuesdays, yes! We meet at the end of Eleventh Line and the terrain is best suited for babywearing. On Thursdays, strollers are welcome as we meet beside the splash pad in Collingwood
📍 When do you meet?
• Tuesdays at 1:00 PM – End of Eleventh Line (babywearing only)
• Thursdays at 11:00 AM – Beside the splash pad in Collingwood
💬 What if I don’t know anyone?
That’s exactly why many people come! Group Postpartum is one of the easiest ways to meet other parents in the community. Some of the strongest friendships begin during these walks.
🌱 What if my baby cries, needs to feed, or won’t cooperate?
That’s real life with a baby! We stop, feed, comfort, change diapers, and support one another. No one expects perfection here.
❤️ More than exercise, Group Postpartum is about community, connection, fresh air, movement, and finding your village during the postpartum journey.
No registration. No pressure. Just come as you are.
