It took me a while to pop back onto here to say hi - sorry about that! Busy life and social media waits for no one. But I’m still out in the trails, and in the office every week. I’ve been inspired by so many of my patients hard work - I’m trying to keep up with you all!

Busy weekend and busy life but here to say that I do work between bike races:) Kidding, I work every week - and happy to see you all in. I’m also enjoying some time out in the bike racing community - races are fun but groups of humans coming together to do fun things together are where it’s at!
Congratulations to all the riders and good luck with your day jobs this week!

Have been so busy working I haven’t had a chance to say hi! 👋
Schedule is pretty busy but come visit me before I take a well earned holiday break over late Dec/early January. I’ll post a January schedule up once I’m done at the end of next week.
What a joy it has been to work with all of my patients this year. I have the best job! ❤️
