Google, TikTok, and AI can give general advice, but rehab isn’t one-size-fits-all. What works for someone else may not work for your injury, pain level, or movement patterns.

The right rehab plan should be based on proper assessment, progression, and your body’s actual needs.

Your wrists might be asking for more support 👇

A lot of people ignore wrist discomfort until it starts affecting workouts, work, or daily tasks.

Subtle signs your wrists may need strengthening:
• wrists getting tired during typing or carrying bags
• discomfort during push-ups, planks, or gripping
• weaker grip strength
• constantly cracking or shaking them out
• stiffness after long phone or computer use
• avoiding wrist-loading movements because they feel unstable

Being told “it’s nothing” doesn’t always mean everything is fine.

If your wrist still feels off, painful, or limited, it’s worth paying attention to. Small issues can build over time, especially when they’re ignored or brushed aside.

Understanding what’s actually going on is the first step toward moving comfortably again. 💪

Knee discomfort is common, but it’s not always something you should push through.

Here are a few signs your knee might need to be assessed:

➡️ Pain that keeps coming back or doesn’t settle with rest
➡️Swelling during or after activity
➡️Clicking, catching, or a feeling of something “stuck”
➡️Your knee feels unstable or like it might give way
➡️Difficulty with stairs, squats, or getting up from sitting
➡️One knee feels different compared to the other
