With Acupuncture Express taking off and becoming popular we had to change a few things to make it work for everyone. Sessions are still express services at 30 minute appointments. Increasing the length of time by 10 minutes gives me the ability to provide more care to those who are in need.

This new offer became available in October 2025 Acupuncture Express is a quick & efficient option for patients who are busy. You can expect to be in & out of the clinic within 30 mins. This offer is only available for pre existing patients of Jenna at Serenity Health. You are required to arrive ready in clothing where the limbs are accessible. This option will be available for patients seeking relief from pain, patients looking to destress, people who struggle with sleep, & women looking for hormonal support. This option is financially more cost effective so that patients wanting to come more regularly can do so without too much of a monetary burden.

It’s an all day learning type of day for me. At FLOW hosted by Eastern Currents Learning and I picked up a nice new toy using photobiomodulation red light therapy to assist in treating pain, along with other conditions.
