☮️Starting mental health self care and healing can be a big step! It's perfectly normal to feel nervous or scared to get help. Nichola totally gets that. ☮️

✴️Nichola is so kind, down to earth and fun! She works with kids, families & individuals with mental health, addictions issues, trauma & grief, confidence issues, anger management and everything in between.

✴️Nichola has many ' tools' in her toolbox of healing and will tailor your treatments to suit your wellness goals. She focuses on creating treatments that work with your personality and highlight your strengths. She uses a trauma-informed approach to healing, ensuring that you feel safe from the moment you arrive.

✴️Nichola is proud of her volunteer work  with 2SLGBTQIA youth, and enjoys helping to create a safe space where people can be themselves.

At Meridian Holistic Health Center we understand mental health is not a one sized fits all approach. Working with talk therapy, art therapy and clinical hypnotherapy with children, teens and adults for individual, couples and family therapy. Anger management, stress management, communication, emotional regulation, substance dependence disorder, supporting a loved ones mental health or substance use issues, and everything in between. We have two counsellors with morning, afternoon and evening appointments to fit your needs and coverage under and EAP programs as well as some insurances (please check your provider plans.)
