Under my Naturopathy designation I'm offering Spinal Flow therapy.
What is Spinal Flow?
It's a treatment for your nervous system. When your brain is able to communicate the information properly through your spine your body will function better.
☮️ Allow me to nerd out for a second.
In an attempt to keep it simple,
think about if your brain was the computer. We are not wireless, so we have a massive pile of wires in a bundle coming out of the brain (spinal cord) , going into a protective tube, called your spine.
Your spine is a stack of tubes called your vertebrae. They need to be a stack of tubes to allow for movement. The spaces between the vertebrae also allow for those wires (nerves) to leave the spine at the right spot to send signals and attach (innervate) the area of the body they are meant to control.
For example, the arm wires (nerves) are leaving the spinal cord in-between the vertebrae of the neck. If the spine is not moving properly where the arm nerves are coming out, you will have problems.

The wires (nerves) also supply all of your organs, ( heart, hormonal organs, digestive organs ) and tissues ( lymphatic, skin, connective tissue, muscle ECT).
So if the nerves are not able to communicate properly, your body will not have optimal function.
So basically....
☮️ Spinal Flow creates movement in the cerebral spinal fluid and the spine allowing the nerves to do that they're meant to do. ☮️
Treatments are fast, and we are looking for a little more movement each time. Kinda like a round of antibiotics, each treatment creates a little more flow, and it needs to be done a little bit at a time.
