I feel like all I keep posting about is chickens 🐓🐥

But that's okay, they are loved!

So several things to announce here, chickens AND chicks will be available at the Build Your Village Market hosted by and .holistic.doula the market will be located at in the Cotton Mills.

You'll also find these Chickens and Chicks available to purchase June 3 at .waterford which is also their opening day! 🌿

And lastly, the Chubby Chicken pattern will be available to purchase this week, stay tuned to my stories for an exact date 🤭♥️

Natures Caramel 🌴

Dates are a huge part of my culture and faith 🤲🏽

Once you hit the last month of your pregnancy, you are recommended and advised by the elders to start eating dates to create a warm/heated environment in your body to aid your birth and labour!

But apart from labour it is also a holy month for us and we eat lots and lots of dates during this special month! ✨🌙 After a 15 hour fast a plump and juicy date is just 🤤

Dates are full of great source of fibre, calcium, magnesium, antioxidants, iron and much more 🙌🏽

This is our favourite way to enjoy a date:

Big mejdool dates
Nut butter of choice
Toppings - mini chocolate chips, whole nuts, crushed nuts, shredded / flaked coconut, drizzled black strap molasses or homemade chocolate spread!

The options are limitless 🤗
