Songs & Soles is back!! 👣

A new parenting tool your little one will actually love. 💛

Songs & Soles is a playful parent-and-child workshop blending gentle reflexology with nursery rhymes you already know and love.

You’ll learn easy techniques to support your little one’s sleep, mood, and wellness all while making sweet memories together.

Each session includes approximately 30 minutes workshop learning followed by 30 minutes dedicated to connection and conversation. This is your opportunity to ask questions, gain further clarification, share experiences with other parents, and begin building a supportive community in a welcoming, judgment-free space.
