What an unforgettable evening filled with smiles, laughter, music, and wonderful memories! 💃🕺
Our Seniors Prom was a beautiful celebration of friendship and joy that shines at every age. Seeing our residents dancing, laughing, and enjoying time together reminded us all that happiness never grows old.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this special event such a success. The smiles on our residents' faces said it all!

Last week, our residents enjoyed a delightful Wine Tasting Event! 🍷🧀
The afternoon featured a selection of wines paired with a variety of delicious cheeses, creating a wonderful experience for everyone. Residents also enjoyed learning about Ontario’s grape-growing regions and the winemaking process, gaining a deeper appreciation for the journey from vineyard to glass.
To top off the event, residents voted for their favorite House Red and House White wines, which will now be enjoyed during our Friday Happy Hours.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for an afternoon of great conversation, learning, and tasting. Cheers to many more memorable gatherings! 🥂

The countdown is on for our Chartwell McConnell Senior’s Prom on June 3rd from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM.
We invite everyone to join in the fun and cast their ballots for our Prom King and Queen as we celebrate an evening of music, laughter, and memories.
Entertainment will be provided by Dan Champaine, and our wonderful staff will be dressed in prom attire for the occasion.

Residents and younger guests came together to share stories, enjoy tasty snacks, and create joyful memories one game at a time.
From card games to classic board games, the smiles around the tables reminded us that joy truly is ageless. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the afternoon so special! ✨

The ladies of Chartwell McConnell, and a few special guests, enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea filled with laughter, conversation, and delicious treats! ☕🍰

Residents had the opportunity to sample a variety of teas alongside an assortment of pastries, finger sandwiches, and sweet snacks, all while spending quality time together in great company.

This Mother’s Day, we asked our residents to share a little advice for new moms — wisdom gathered from years of love, patience, and experience. 💐
“Trust yourself.”
“Take time to rest when you can.”
“Enjoy every moment — they grow up so fast.”
“It’s okay to ask for help.”
Our residents also spent time creating heartfelt handmade cards that were delivered to the maternity ward at Cornwall Community Hospital to help celebrate and welcome new mothers in our community. 💝
From one generation to the next, the kindness, encouragement, and care shared today remind us how special motherhood truly is.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms, grandmothers, and families in our community. 🌷
