Healing comes in many shapes, sizes, roadblocks, and boulders. As unsightly as it is… sometimes you need to form a gross scab to seal a wound. It’s not always a bed of roses without any thorns left there, so as I always say, have grace for yourself, for your body and especially for others in the process. Because that is ultimately what healing is, a process, it’s not perfect, there is no map, and sometimes we find a road to somewhere we never even knew existed.
