Courtenay people!

I will be with The Society of V.I. FERT - Vancouver Island Ferret Education & Rescue Team at the Bosley's by Pet Valu Courtenay for their 9th anniversary event so if you’re bored or kids if you haven’t learned enough stuff from school yet please come to Bosley’s and see the ferrets the other very knowledgeable volunteers and my boss Cheryl (also the founder of the rescue) will teach you all about the ferrets. There are some things to be adopted and my boss will also try to talk you out of the idea of not adopting the ferrets! Will be here from 11 AM to 4 PM today only!

…ok… it’s actually Bosley’s Courtenay’s 9th anniversary… but you know how ferrets always make everything about them.

Please to anyone that has feline friends please give bottom message that I’ve received from my boss:

We want to make you aware that there have been a confirmed series of cases of feline panleukopenia reported locally.

Feline panleukopenia is a highly contagious and potentially life-threatening virus that affects cats and kitttens. Please ensure that your cat or kitten's vaccinations are current to protect them against this disease.

Please keep those cute little feline friends safe from this!

Please come on down to the Bosley's by Pet Valu Courtenay and come and get some ferret loves (and we promise that they’re all loving ferrets we don’t have any means ones) and we’ll be there from 11-4 pm so even if you don’t have to hold or pet a ferret please stop by to the one and only Ferret Lady and her ferret loving friends and just learn what we do! Hope to see y’all there!
