DDP is a gentle, connection-focused approach that helps families rebuild trust, safety, and closeness after trauma, loss, or relational challenges.
By supporting parents first and then bringing the child into the process, we create space to understand, repair, and grow together.

Because when a child feels safe with you, everything begins to shift.

✨ Healing through connection
✨ Strengthening secure attachment
✨ Rebuilding relationships that feel safe again

Offered in a supportive, collaborative space for both caregivers and children.

Reach out if you’re curious whether this approach might be a good fit for your family 🤍

This was such a meaningful day!

The team got to connected with so many incredible people, healing modalities and services. I was reminded just how many different paths there are toward healing!!

Feeling really grateful for the experience and already looking forward to next year. And even more excited to keep building the connections we started ✨

Stay tuned for a breathwork collaboration 🙊

Being a therapist means caring deeply 🤍
Even on vacation, when I’m trying to rest and recharge, there’s still a part of me wondering how my clients are doing.

Did they get the job?
Did the conversation go okay?
Are they being kinder to themselves today?

Holding space for others is such meaningful work but it’s also why self-care matters so much. We can care deeply about people and still need time to slow down, reconnect, and refill our own cup too. 🌊✨

Have you ever felt like part of you wants one thing… while another part wants the opposite?

That’s where Internal Family Systems (IFS) comes in 🌿
IFS is a therapy approach that understands the mind as made up of different “parts” — like the part of you that overthinks, the part that avoids, or the part that feels deeply hurt. Each part has a role, often trying to protect you in some way.

As you begin to understand your inner system, you can heal the parts that carry pain and create more balance, clarity, and choice in your life.

There are just parts of you that need understanding and Lucy can help 🪴

You can want closeness… and still find relationships hard 🤍

Maybe you notice yourself overthinking, needing reassurance, or feeling responsible for how things are going.

Or maybe you pull back, shut down, or need space when things start to feel too close.
Both can exist at the same time.

Both make sense.

These patterns aren’t random — they’re ways you’ve learned to protect yourself in relationships.

If this feels familiar, you don’t have to keep navigating it on your own.

You can reach out to book a consult or send me a message – we’re here when you’re ready.

There’s a difference between expressing a need and unintentionally hurting the person you care about.

Sometimes it’s not what we’re saying - it’s how it’s being heard.

If you’re wanting to approach your partner more gently:
• Speak from your experience (“I feel…” vs “You always…”)
• Be specific about what you need
• Stay curious instead of assuming intent
• Focus on connection, not being right

If this is something you’re working on, you’re not alone 🤍

Therapy can be a space to learn how to communicate in ways that feel more safe, clear, and connected.
