A warm hello Kootenays!
My name is Sarah Nicole Kozlowski and I am a Registered Massage Therapist who just moved here in March 2022 from the lower mainland with my partner.
In three words, I describe myself as honest, adaptive and energetic. I have a passion for helping others reach their fullest potential, believing that clear communication and a unique approach to each treatment is necessary. I have had a long time fascination in the intricate and resilient nature of the human body and how it moves. Mirroring my work as a Registered Yoga Teacher, I find my massage treatments also have an alignment-based approach. The focus of my massage treatments are based on functional movement, body awareness, stress reduction and rehabilitating my clients to feel at ease in their bodies. While emphasizing the importance of stability, I believe that prevention is the best medicine, and will often offer tailored home care to assist clients in their wellness journey. I enjoy using a variety of modalities within my treatments, some of which include: Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilizations, Neuromuscular Techniques and Craniosacral Therapy that are intermixed with soothing applications of traditional Swedish massage. I look forward to serving this growing vibrant community while being closer to nature.
