Away for the summer? No problem. Join us for live virtual classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:30!

For those of you planning ahead, there will be a short closure September 1st-12th before returning to a full schedule in the fall!

Please excuse another cancellation - we don't take these lightly and apologize for disrupting schedules. Despite significant effort, we have been unable to find coverage for tonight's 7:00pm Prana Restore Class with Tara.
