Drums have been used across cultures for generations in ceremony, prayer, meditation, and song. When you craft your own drum during this powerful energetic threshold, you create a unique piece of yourselt-a sacred tool to ground into your heartbeat and align with the pulse of Mother Earth.

Opening Ceremony: Honor the Equinox energy by connecting with the elements, ancestors, and Mother Nature.
Guided Drum Crafting: Step-by-step guidance as we build our drums together in a space of community, support, and shared story.
Closing Blessing: Flute music, smudging, and an outdoor gratitude ceremony to ground our creations with the earth.

Hard way today
•
When you’re used to moving fast, it’s so easy to mistake a tiny bit of progress for full recovery. I pushed my limits today, and my body was quick to remind me who’s actually calling the shots.
•
I literally have “healing isn’t linear” tattooed on my skin, yet here I am, still learning how to actually live it not only emotionally but physically.
•
Day 4 post-op is clinically the peak of the inflammatory phase—when swelling hits its height and your immune system goes into overdrive to rebuild. As an Aries, sitting in forced stillness while my internal fire wants to run is a real cosmic test. But just like the swim in Abraham lake a week ago, calm on the surface doesn’t mean nothing is happening. The current underneath is doing the quiet, deep work.
•
It’s deeply vulnerable to slow down and embrace that soft, receptive water energy. But seeing the steadfast ways love shows up—like my husband stepping up every single morning to give me my required injection, even though he genuinely hates needles—reminds me I don’t have to fight the current alone.
•
Back to resting, surrendering, and letting myself be cared for. Giving my body the grace to heal at the biological and cosmic pace it actually needs—not the pace my restless mind wants. 🤍

Sacred Alignment

Holding space for others only works when we are willing to hold space for ourselves.
•
As we step into the Lions Gate Portal, I am turning inward—doing my own deep work and rituals as I prepare for an upcoming surgery. While I continue supporting clients and spending transformative time with the horses this weekend, my focus is on honoring my body’s need for healing.
•
Right by my side is Zeus, my little lion in the yard. Watching him roam his sunlit domain with quiet confidence brings this powerful Leo energy right down to earth. Between his grounded, fierce presence and the steady wisdom of the horses, I am reminded to stay centered, trust the process, and lead with my heart.
