Harvest Moon reflection from me to u 🍁🍂

Here’s to what we’ve grown..what we’ve lost & to whatever comes next

May this next season bring you some peace, some courage, a sprinkle of magic and some unexpected good fortune.

And most of all, I hope you feel loved. In whatever way love finds you 🫂through your people, your animals, your community, a strangers kindness, or a moment that reminds u that you’re not quite as alone as you might sometimes feel.

Take in a little of the love around you. And send a little back out when you can.

Lots of luv
Vannessa

The moon doesn't always look perfect.. Neither do we. Sometimes we're full and bright, and sometimes we're a little tattered around the edges.
And yet we are still whole.
As we move toward autumn and another Harvest Moon, may this be a time for grounding, gratitude and making space for all the imperfect pieces of ourselves
There is beauty in being a little tattered 🌙 💙

✨ Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath ✨

Join Leah and I on Monday, Aug 31 for an evening of deep relaxation, rest, and renewal at The Tattered Moon.

If you've been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply in need of a little time for yourself, this is an invitation to slow down and reconnect. Throughout the evening, you'll be guided through a restorative Yoga Nidra meditation while immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

Allow yourself to settle into stillness as sound and guided relaxation work together to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for deep rest.

Come spend 90 minutes in our beautiful studio, wrapped in sound, comfort, and self-care. It's the perfect way to reset and begin your week feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.

✨ No experience necessary
✨ Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that helps you feel cozy
