Healthy gums don’t bleed! If you are experiencing bleeding gums you may need a dental cleaning. We can help you! Plaque and tartar buildup irritate your gums causing inflammation, redness, bleeding and an unpleasant smell. Routine Dental Hygiene Cleanings help reuse the buildup and help keep bacteria levels low. Book your next dental hygiene appointment with us and let’s get you back on track.

Flossing! It’s got to be done! Habit development really is the hardest part.

Once you are in the routine it just becomes something you do.

💪 Challenge yourself to start developing that habit now!

👅 You will be amazed at how much better your breath smells, taste improves and gums become stronger and healthier!

String floss is definitely the gold standard, but Water flossing is also very effective.

🦷 However you choose to floss, just make sure you are consistent!

🌛 Every night before bed is best at a minimum.
