FIVE YEARS AGO I started gutting this old barbershop and turning it into what would soon become Rooted Rose — a little community clinic I decided to open in the middle of a pandemic. 😅

Yes, big five years old today !

Thank you to everyone who showed me it was possible and to everyone who's walked through that door. You're the reason I'm still here, still doing this work, 5 years in, and still learning every single day. What a gift.

It always goes by so fast, so here's a quick reminder: if you have insurance coverage you haven’t used yet, now’s the time. I've still got some appointments open this month, though they tend to disappear pretty quick, so plan ahead.

Community Acupuncture is effective at treating a wide range of issues including musculoskeletal pain, headaches, anxiety, depression, fatigue, stress, sports injuries, uterine health, sinus problems and for general maintenance. Lasting results often require multiple treatments. This is why Community Acupuncture is such a great option, as it allows for regular visits given the cost can be shared among the community.
