safeTALK is an evidence-based su***de alertness program that prepares participants to:
👉Recognize signs that someone may be thinking about su***de
👉Engage in supportive conversations with confidence and care
👉Connect individuals to appropriate resources and professional help
👉Build a safer, more connected community

This training is open to community members, volunteers, parents, educators, healthcare staff, and anyone who wants to learn practical skills to support others. No previous training or experience is required.

Whether you're looking to share your experiences, listen, or simply be in community with others, this space is for you.

👉At Healthy Minds Cooperative, we know that staying connected is an important part of supporting our mental wellbeing. Whether you're looking to meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, or simply enjoy some time outdoors, this is a chance to share a meal and spend time with others in a welcoming, judgment-free space. There's no pressure—just good company, great pizza, and an opportunity to connect.

📍Please note: This is an outdoor event and may be affected by weather. If we need to change or cancel the event, registered participants will be notified in advance. This event is free to attend, but registration is required so we can plan for food.
