Graston Technique is a targeted technique that uses a small tool to work on tight or restricted soft tissue. It is often used to increase mobility, encourage recovery from overuse, and to address areas that feel stubborn or hard to loosen up.

During a session, it may feel like a scraping or rubbing sensation over the area but oil is used to make sure it's comfortable.

Afterward, it is normal to feel some tenderness, warmth, or mild soreness in the treated area. Some redness can also occur.
