Today while starting an acu treatment, I noticed this smack dab in the middle of my patient’s upper/mid back. This is an area of the body that is hard to see, reach, and therefore went unnoticed. Meghan and I both had a good look to confirm it was indeed a tick bite with the tick still in place.
My patient gave me permission to take the photo at the time before it was removed, and to now post it here to help create awareness. She went to ’s pharmasave and was helped immediately. Please check each other’s backs and scalps after being outdoors to be on the safe side.

Turning confusion into clarity. Perimenopause can start in a woman’s mid 30’s and can last well over a decade leading up to menopause yet it remains widely misunderstood.

We screened the M Factor Film last year, and got excited to learn that there is now a powerful prequel! We obtained the licensing agreement and are bringing it to you at the studio! We will also have a Q & A panel of health professionals afterwards.
