Xian is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Rolfer™ whose work is deeply rooted in Rolfing® Structural Integration. He currently serves as a Member-at-Large on the board of the Rolfing Association of Canada.
Rolfing® Structural Integration is a form of bodywork that focuses on the body’s fascia—the connective tissue that holds and connects everything in the body. The goal is to improve posture, movement, and overall balance. By working through areas of tension and long-term holding patterns, Rolfing® can help the body feel lighter, more open, and more at ease in gravity.
Inspired by Rolfing®, Xian works in a slow and focused way to support lasting change in the body. His approach considers how the whole body functions together, rather than focusing on one area of discomfort. Sessions may include gentle movement, breath awareness, and simple explorations of how you sit, stand, and move.
Working with Xian, clients may experience:
* Better posture and alignment
* Easier, more free movement
* Less tension and discomfort
* Improved breathing and body awareness
* Better mobility and stability
* More balance and ease in everyday life
Treatments use little to no lotion and may include simple movement during the session, so comfortable clothing such as gym wear or shorts is recommended. Pressure and pace are always adjusted to ensure the session feels comfortable and supportive.
