The UP arrow has a loose connection. I never bothered to try to fix it. Once I get it to the height I preferred, I kept it there.

I called Oakworks and they do have new parts if you choose to replace it.

I got tired of manually letting and shorting massage table legs based on clients body types and changing needs.

Example: great for managing table heights for pregnancy stages with or without cushions/infants/smaller to heavier clients And the the style of therapy being done.
Standing or seated therapies.

26 years and 6 moves later
I continue to grow and shift and meet new people while still caring for my existing client's as they journey through their lives.

It's a blessing, an honour and truly inspiring having had the opportunities to walk beside you all during the years and it doesn't look like I am stopping anytime soon! 🤣💚💜🤍

We moved to Devon and I have all the papers to work now!😄💚

🤷🏼‍♀️I just need to figure out how to change the Business page heading to state Devon as my location and not west Edmonton 🤣

I collected Vitamin D, put my body in the ocean and walked beaches, ate great food, and hung out with dear friend all in week in Puerto Vallarta.🏖🌴☀️🕶🐋

Then returned home to collect flooring samples, paint samples, hunted for house doors and light fixtures.
Why?
🏡
Because dear friends I will be moving once again and hopefully the last time for many years.🙏🩷
Although this move won't happen until sometime in March, if you want to get in for your next massage while I am still in west Edmonton then this is your opportunity 😀

And I'd love to see you before all the boxes are packed and my massage room is dismantled🤪

😃Private Yoga at Home and Functional Movement training with 14 year old lads in Hockey academy!🏒🥅

🤦🏼‍♀️ There is never enough focus and training on the importance of propper stretching and how to unwind the body that has strong repetitive movements!

Examples: Hockey, Golf, Weight lifting, Runners etc.🏒🏈⚽️🥎🥍🏸🏓🥊🎿⛳️

And very little /no time spent on how to manage stress and anxiety !

This month marks 25 years since I began my journey as a Registered Massage Therapist. Over the years, my practice has grown, shifted, and evolved-just like the the incredible clients I've has the honour of working with.As they have moved through different stages of life, I've continued to train, learn and exband my skills to meet them exactly where they are. From Deep therapeutic work to nurturing support, the toolbox of modalities I've built is vastt, and it's all been in service to help people feel better in their bodies and lives.
