Tomorrow’s workout is 21.1!
Follow tonight around 8pm on games.crossfit.com to find out what workout 1 is. This year includes an equipment free version for those at home.

With a gradual return to normalcy, our coaches are also slowly returning back to normal work schedules which we are very grateful for. Effective immediately, Dave is no longer available for the early morning sessions. Congrats Dave : )

We will post a special workout for this Saturday with Dayna to commemorate a year of social sweating. The following 4 weeks will be scheduled Open workouts on Saturdays. Looking forward to seeing your sweat in real life sometime soon.
