PHASE 2 ACL REHAB 🔑
This phase sets the tone for everything that comes next. We’re creating control, strength, and confidence.
In this phase, we’re working on:
→ Quad activation that actually carries over
→ Hip strength (because your knee doesn’t work alone)
→ Early load tolerance + weight acceptance
→ Re-introducing controlled movement patterns
👀 Here’s a glimpse of what that can look like in our clinic:
• ASLR + progressions
• Glute bridge variations (abduction/adduction)
• Tibial IR/ER control (“gas pedal”)
• Controlled weight shifts + gait prep
• Calf strengthening
• Early dynamic loading (hello bum drops)
