We’re excited to launch a series of weekly drop-in sessions throughout the summer. Each week will explore a different grief-related topic in a supportive environment where participants can connect, share, and learn from one another.

No registration is required, and no prior experience with grief support groups is necessary, simply come as you are.

⭐️ June 8 Topic: Summer & Grief – Navigating Holidays, Gatherings, and Milestones
While summer is often associated with celebration and connection, it can also bring reminders of loss. Together, we’ll explore ways to cope with special occasions, family gatherings, vacations, and meaningful milestones while honouring your grief.
